ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

We ship via Australia Post. Standard untracked post typically takes 3–7 business days, sometimes longer to WA/NT or remote areas — we ship from a regional location, so please allow extra transit time. Tracked and Express options are available at checkout if you'd like faster, traceable delivery.

When do orders ship?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders are typically packed and sent within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll get a notification when your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders (untracked). Tracked Parcel ($12.50) and Express Post ($19.50) are available as paid options at checkout.

Is my order tracked?

Standard postage is untracked to keep shipping costs low on singles. If you'd like tracking, please select the Tracked option at checkout. Untracked orders can't be traced, so please allow the full delivery window before reaching out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We ship Australia-wide only. International coming soon.

How are cards packaged?

Every card is sleeved, placed in a toploader, and shipped in a rigid bubble mailer. Sealed product is double-boxed with fragile stickers. Graded slabs get extra padding. We pack like collectors, because we are.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

7-day returns for condition issues. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Sealed product is non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

What if my card arrives damaged?

Email support@hokocollectables.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your choice.

CARDS & GRADING

What does NM, LP, MP, HP mean?

NM (Near Mint): Minimal wear, looks great. LP (Lightly Played): Minor edge wear or light scratches. MP (Moderately Played): Noticeable wear, still presentable. HP (Heavily Played): Significant wear, creases, or damage.

How do you grade your cards?

Every card is hand-checked under bright light. We grade conservatively — if we're unsure between NM and LP, we list it as LP. No surprises.

What is PSA/BGS grading?

PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and BGS (Beckett Grading Services) are third-party grading companies that authenticate and grade cards on a 1–10 scale. Higher grades = higher value. All our graded cards come in sealed, tamper-proof slabs.

Do you buy collections?
