Every order from HOKO Collectables is securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Every card is sleeved, toploaded, and bubble-wrapped before dispatch. Sealed product is double-boxed for safe transit.

Australian Shipping Rates

Standard Tracked $11.00 AUD — FREE on orders over $100 3–7 business days
Express Tracked $15.00 AUD 1–3 business days

Dispatch Schedule

HOKO Collectables runs twice-weekly dispatch runs:

  • Monday dispatch — orders placed Friday through Sunday
  • Friday dispatch — orders placed Monday through Thursday

You'll receive a tracking number via email the day your order ships. Orders placed during peak periods may have an additional mid-week dispatch — communicated via our social channels.

International Shipping

At this time, HOKO Collectables ships within Australia only. International shipping coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

How We Pack Your Cards

  • Each card is placed in a penny sleeve
  • Then inserted into a rigid toploader or card saver
  • Wrapped in bubble wrap
  • Securely taped inside a stiffened envelope or box for larger orders
  • Sealed product is double-boxed with fragile stickers

🔄 Returns & Issues

Something not right with your order?

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

What we cover:

  • ✅ Card condition doesn't match the listing description
  • ✅ Wrong card received
  • ✅ Item damaged in transit

Return process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send us photos of the item and packaging
  3. We'll arrange a resolution — refund, replacement, or store credit
  4. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition

Sealed product and HOKO Box subscriptions cannot be returned for change of mind — only if damaged or not as described.

We're collectors too — we understand how important condition is. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
