Shipping

Every order from HOKO Collectables is securely packaged and shipped with care. Every card is sleeved, toploaded, and bubble-wrapped before dispatch. Sealed product is double-boxed for safe transit. Singles and graded cards are dispatched within 1–3 business days from Victoria, Australia. We ship worldwide, tracked.

Japanese sealed boxes are imported from Japan by HOKO. Imported to order — dispatched tracked from Victoria within 7–12 business days.

Christmas 2026

For delivery before Christmas within Australia, order singles and graded cards by Tuesday 15 December and Japanese sealed by Monday 30 November. Left it late? HOKO gift cards are emailed straight away.

Every order over $100 ships by Australia Post with Signature on delivery.

Free tracked postage applies to orders of $150 or more. Sealed boxes and decks ship tracked for $15.25, free on sealed orders of $250 or more, or by Express Post at $29.95.

Standard letter post is $3, untracked, and available on singles under $50. It has no tracking and cannot be traced once it leaves us, so please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a late order. Upgrade to Tracked or Express at checkout for Australia Post tracking.

Delivery to WA, NT, far north QLD and other remote areas sits at the longer end of every window above.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Singles and graded cards are typically packed and sent within 1–3 business days of payment. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed from the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships (Tracked and Express only). Japanese sealed boxes: imported to order, dispatched tracked from Victoria within 7–12 business days.

Packaging

Each card is placed in a penny sleeve
Inserted into a rigid toploader or card saver
Wrapped in bubble wrap
Securely taped inside a stiffened envelope or box for larger orders
Sealed product is double-boxed with fragile stickers

Returns

Every item is graded and described honestly before listing. If your order arrives in worse condition than described, or it isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit.

International orders are final sale.
No change-of-mind returns.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return

Email us at support@hokocollectables.com with your order number, the issue, and photos
We'll confirm the return and provide a return address
Ship the item back — we recommend using tracked postage
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 2 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping is covered by HOKO Collectables when the item was not as described or the error is ours.
