📦 Shipping

Every order from HOKO Collectables is securely packaged and shipped with care. Every card is sleeved, toploaded, and bubble-wrapped before dispatch. Sealed product is double-boxed for safe transit.

Australian Shipping Rates

Express Post	$19.50 AUD	1–3 business days

Free standard shipping is untracked. Upgrade to Tracked or Express at checkout for Australia Post tracking.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders are typically packed and sent within 1–2 business days of payment. Weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships (Tracked and Express only).

Each card is placed in a penny sleeve
Inserted into a rigid toploader or card saver
Wrapped in bubble wrap
Securely taped inside a stiffened envelope or box for larger orders
Sealed product is double-boxed with fragile stickers

🔄 Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Cards must remain unplayed and unaltered
Original packaging must be intact for sealed product

How to Return

Email us at hokocollectables@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll confirm the return and provide a return address
Ship the item back — we recommend using tracked postage
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 2 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping is covered by HOKO Collectables if the error is ours (wrong item, damaged in transit). Change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
