Refund policy
At HOKO Collectables, every item is graded and described honestly before listing. If your order arrives in worse condition than described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hokotcgshop@gmail.com and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on sealed product.
For retro gaming, all items are tested before dispatch. If a console or cartridge arrives DOA, contact us immediately with a short video showing the issue and we'll sort it.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by HOKO if the item was not as described.
