What each part does
- Shopify setup. Theme with your logo and colours, collections by game, navigation, policies and a contact page. Works on phone and desktop.
- Postage profiles. Australia Post rates set for card shops: a letter rate for cheap singles, tracked, sealed and free-postage thresholds, plus international zones if you ship overseas.
- Judge.me reviews. Reviews on product pages, stars on collection cards and review request emails.
- Google Merchant feed. Your products in Google Shopping, with feed errors cleared before handover.
- eBay linked to Shopify. eBay orders flow into Shopify through Marketplace Connect, every card carries the same SKU on both sides, and a daily check flags anything sold on one side that's still live on the other.
- CardUploader setup. Scanning and listing singles to Shopify and eBay in one go, with a script that prices from Australian sold comps.
- Auto-pricing from AU comps. A scheduled check against Australian sold prices. It reports listings above or below market, and updates prices within limits you set if you turn that on.
- Inbox FAQ bot. Sorts your support email and leaves a draft reply in Gmail with order and tracking details filled in. It never sends; you read it and press send.
What you need
- A paid Shopify plan, with a staff account for HOKO.
- An eBay seller account (Sync and Full).
- Your logo and brand colours.
- App subscriptions are billed to you by the app makers.
How it works
- Email support@hokocollectables.com with your store URL (or shop name) and which package you want.
- We confirm the scope and send an invoice for 50%.
- We build, you check it, we make the agreed revisions.
- Handover with a short guide to running it. The other 50% is due at handover.
