If you chose Tracked Parcel or Express Post at checkout, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Use that number on the Australia Post tracking page to follow delivery progress.

Ordered with free standard postage?

Free standard postage is untracked letter post. There's no tracking number and it can't be traced once it leaves us — that's how we keep postage free on single cards.

Please allow the full 3–12 business day window before getting in touch. Deliveries to WA, NT, far north QLD and other remote areas sit at the longer end.

Want tracking next time? Choose Tracked Parcel at checkout, or spend over $100 and tracked postage is free.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch Monday to Friday, typically within 1–3 business days of payment. Weekend and public holiday orders go out the next business day.
