SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch Schedule
HOKO Collectables runs a weekly dispatch on Tuesday mornings (8:30 AM AEST). Orders placed before this cutoff will be packed and dispatched in the same Tuesday run. Orders placed after the cutoff will be held for the following Tuesday run. We occasionally run additional dispatches mid-week during high-volume periods — these are communicated via our social channels.
Packaging Standards — HOKO Armor
Every order dispatched from HOKO Collectables ships under our HOKO Armor standard:
- Singles: Double-sleeved → rigid toploader → team bag → rigid cardboard mailer
- Sealed product: Wrapped in bubble wrap → double-boxed in a rigid outer box → Fragile + This Way Up stickers
- Bulk lots: Rubber-banded in sets → bubble wrap → rigid outer box
We do not cut corners on packaging. Your cards should arrive exactly as they left us.
Delivery Estimates (Australia Post)

These are Australia Post estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional areas may experience extended delivery times.
Tracking
All parcel orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch. Letter-rate orders (typically low-value singles) may be sent without tracking to keep your shipping cost low — this will be disclosed in the listing.
International Shipping
At this time, HOKO Collectables ships within Australia only. We are not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed by Australia Post once the item has been handed over with proof of lodgement.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a tracked parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We will work with you to reach a resolution, but we are not able to replace or refund items that Australia Post has confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
